Save Money With Booster Pads
Are you invested in getting the most use from your incontinence products? An extra layer of absorbency can extend the lifespan of your diaper – just add a Booster Pad!
Since 2020, InControl Diapers has supported tens of thousands of people managing incontinence every day. Our products are designed with care and backed by thorough research, internal testing, and customer experience. So you can feel confident that you’re getting the best possible solution for your incontinence needs.
Can Booster Pads Really Save You Money?
Yes. Booster Pads are a great investment in expanding the life of your diaper and adding an extra 1300ml of absorbent protection. This means you change less diapers per day, which is how you will see the savings on a daily basis.
For example, if you typically use 6 diapers a day, that adds up to 2,190 diapers per year. By using Booster Pads, you can reduce the number of diapers you need each day — it could decrease your average diaper use from 6 to 4 a day. That brings your yearly total down to about 1,460 diapers, saving you more than 700 diapers a year!

Yes, these discounts can be combined.
We’ll walk you through the best practices for Booster Pads so you can make your incontinence products last.
Booster Pad Best Practices:
- Flow-through design - Booster Pads are an extra layer of padding between you and the diaper that allows wettings to flow through the pad and into the diaper.
- Pair a Booster Pad with a waterproof-backed product - Diapers, absorbent underwear, and diaper covers can be used with a Booster Pad, as long as they have a waterproof backing.
- Insert the Booster Pad between the leg guards on your diaper - With InControl Diapers, this area is usually indicated by a blue or black strip. Pull back the protective seal on the adhesive backing and place it there within your diaper.
How Many Times a Day Should You Change a Booster Pad?
You should remove and replace your Booster Pad when you are also changing your diaper, at whatever interval of time is normal for your wettings.
However, some people prefer to change their Booster Pad more frequently to further increase the lifespan of their diaper products.
How? Well, the Booster Pad’s flow-through design will eventually soak into the diaper, but if you were to replace the Booster Pad shortly after a wetting, the diaper would be relatively dry – allowing for longer wear.
If you decide to replace your Booster Pads more frequently than your diaper, then consider not removing the adhesive strip seal. The adhesive strip could affect the ability to remove the Booster Pad.
