    I am very pleased with these diapers, also not afraid to say what they are. First thing is the absorbency. Nothing beats this. I have found adding a Rearz Overnight booster increases everything. Will continue to use this combination.

    I have been diagnosed with a neurogenic bladder which causes no bladder control and Sjogren syndrome which has me urinating more frequently. I have tried all the top diapers and this is my go to now for a long time now. It is by far the best, most absorbent adult diaper out there. I’ll try other diapers but always end up disappointed and come back to Incontrol Supreme.

    These are a great product. I use them at night and sometimes in the day. They hold well and It's very discreet so that I don't have to worry about other knowing I'm wearing thought out the day. I will buy again

    Love these diapers, they hold A LOT, comfortable, whiff-x technology is amazing and neutralizes odors, adjustable tabs can re-adjustable multiple times. I wear a Rearz booster pad inside for extra protection and I feel confident when wearing knowing I won't have any leaks! Thanks Incontrol for making an amazing diaper!
