For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.

Fit is spot on, leg elastics are a soft, cloth-like fabric that is great for long wear times. The material is soft and durable and for the price, it is extremely fair and I highly recommend this product. I have used these in the past and one pair will last several months if cleaned properly. Keep smells in and fight against leaks
I ordered a size small, which is my usual diaper size, and they fit over my small InControl diapers just fine. That is not the case with medium diapers, however, such as the BeDry Night. I prefer the PVC over the vinyl pants I have, they are more comfortable than expected. They do get hot! I have managed to get a press-out leak out of these PVC pants once, and I'm not sure if that's faulty product, poor fit/positioning, or user error.

Comfortable and secure pant
Second time buying these pants. I use L for night and M for day time as both fit well over diapers and are very soft and comfortable to wear.
