Our classic Silence Pant has a whole new fit. The refined fit features more practical sizing and leg openings.

Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.

The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof pants thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.

For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.

A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

Got the XL, it's a bit bigger (roomier) than I thought, but this pant leaves room for thicker diapers that might be worn during the day or night. Great looking pant, and it looks good too.

These were my first silent pants and I absolutely love them. They live up to their name and don't make any extra crinkle. Size large easily fits me and I wear a size large diaper as well. I really like the blue with stars.

I have Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD]. This Diaper Cover fits perfectly, over a Rearz cloth, pre-fold diaper. Everything is nice, and snug. The colorful pattern looks great, and makes me feel like a young kid again. Some adults, like myself, like the warmth, comfort, and security, of a tight diaper, and a soft, colorful diaper cover.
