How to Collect Your Order for Warehouse Pick-Up

For customers looking to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse, we’ve got you covered with a simple and convenient process. Here's everything you need to know to ensure a smooth experience:

1. Update Your Shipping Address

When placing your order, you’ll need to change your shipping address to our warehouse location:

Please be sure to enter your billing address as usual. Orders with incorrect billing addresses may be canceled, so double-check this information before proceeding.

2. Choose the Free Warehouse Pick-Up Option

Once you've entered the warehouse address, select the Free Warehouse Pick-Up shipping method at checkout. If this option doesn’t appear, verify that the address entered matches our warehouse location exactly, or contact our support team for assistance.

3. Order Preparation Time

After your order is placed, our warehouse team will carefully package it for you. Please allow a minimum of 4 hours for us to prepare your order before it’s ready for collection. We’ll reach out to you once your order is ready and arrange a convenient pick-up time.

4. Collecting Your Order

When you arrive at our warehouse, head to the front office door where a staff member will be ready to assist you. Please have your order number handy to ensure a quick and seamless pick-up.

Please note that we do not offer after-hours pick-up.

Orders that are not collected within one week of placement will be canceled and a standard 5% processing fee will apply.
