U.S. Shipping Update

To our Incontrol family,

It has come to our attention that the US government is modifying import regulations—including the reduction of the De Minimis threshold and the introduction of new tariffs.

Unfortunately, these customs charges and restrictions significantly impact the accessibility and affordability of our products for many individuals who deal with incontinence.

Until we can find a long-term solution that works in the best interest of our US customers, it is with a heavy heart that Incontrol announces that starting April 30th at 12:00 AM ET, Incontrol will temporarily suspend all shipments to the US.

This was not an easy decision. In fact, it’s a decision we wish we didn’t have to make, but it is in the best interest of our US customers while we explore options that will grant them access and affordability to our products as soon as possible.

What Does This Announcement Mean?

• Starting April 30th at 12 AM ET, 2025, orders to US addresses will not be processed.
• This pause will be temporary while we search for better long-term solutions and await further developments regarding the United States’ De Minimis threshold.
• Recurring orders will not be processed during this time, since no shipping rates are available. However, when shipping resumes, all active subscriptions will automatically process and ship. In the meantime, if you wish to avoid unexpected charges or delays, we recommend placing a pause on your recurring orders.
• We are exploring all options that allow us to continue serving our valued US customers without imposing unfair customs charges.

What Can You Do?

Your voice matters—and speaking up can make a real difference in shaping future policy.

As someone living in the US, now is the time to contact your local representatives and express your concerns about how these import regulations affect cross-border shipping and access to essential, niche products.

We also encourage our US customers to consider ordering from one of our US based retailers while stock is available. You’ll find our list of trusted retailers here.
