Incontrol Diapers Resumes USA Shipping

We are pleased to announce that Incontrol Diapers has resumed shipping to the United States. Following a brief pause, we have implemented several important updates to streamline the ordering process for our international customers. US orders are limited to under $800.

Key Website Enhancements

To better support international clients, we’ve introduced a significant improvement at checkout:

• Duties & Taxes Calculated at Checkout
• Prepay for International Shipments (Orders Shipping outside of Canada)

Automatic Calculation of Duties & Taxes

Our system now provides real-time calculation of all applicable duties and taxes, including for U.S. shipments. This allows customers to see the full cost of their order in advance and prepay these charges, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected fees upon arrival.

The duties and taxes quoted at checkout are provided directly by the carriers—we do not have control over the amounts they charge.

Important Update: U.S. Tariff on Chinese Goods

Effective May 14, the United States government has imposed a minimum 30% tariff on goods imported from China. As many of our products are manufactured in China, this tariff will apply to most U.S. orders. Our website identifies the country of origin for each item in your cart and includes the appropriate tariffs in the final total so not all items will be hit with a 30% tariff.

Additional Surcharges for U.S. Shipments

In compliance with updated import regulations, the following carrier-imposed surcharges now apply to shipments destined for the United States:

• Disbursement Surcharge: $9 USD per shipment

• FDA Clearance Surcharge: $18 USD (only applicable to products requiring FDA clearance)
  Products requiring FDA Clearance: Disposable Diapers/Pads & Washable Diapers/Pads

These surcharges cover customs processing and regulatory handling fees. We are actively working with our logistics partners to minimize or eliminate these fees where possible.

Limited US Shipping Methods

To help minimize customs fees, we are temporarily limiting shipping options for our U.S. customers. At this time, we will be offering FedEx, and our Flate Rate Express Shipping option. While we understand this may not be ideal for everyone, our goal is to keep shipping as affordable and straightforward as possible to ensure continued access to your favorite products. Trial Packs

Due to the substantial surcharges and additional duties and taxes currently applied to shipments to the United States, we are temporarily unable to offer trial packs or our free sample program for U.S. customers. We understand this may come as a disappointment, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these increased shipping costs.
