US/China Tariffs: Important Update

April 10th 2025:

The U.S. government has implemented a 125% tariff on all goods imported from China. At this time, the De Minimis exemption remains in effect, allowing shipments valued under $800 to enter the country without incurring additional import fees.

However, the U.S. government has announced its intention to eliminate the De Minimis exemption effective May 2nd. While we are actively monitoring this development, we strongly recommend placing any necessary orders before May 1st to avoid potential duties or additional charges.

February 10th 2025:

We are thrilled to offer Free Shipping to our American customers again! Our customers can now order like they did before the tariffs were put in place, as long as orders are under an $800 value. This change is due to the US Government reinstating $800 de minimis for all packages under $800.

February 4th - 9th 2025: 

To our Incontrol family in the USA, 

We want to inform our customers that the United States has recently implemented new tariffs on all goods imported from China. As a significant portion of our products are manufactured in China, these tariffs are now affecting our American customers. The tariffs apply to all goods manufactured in China not just shipments coming from China. 

Due to these tariffs, there are now significant charges for brokerage and customs fees – which could amount to the same value (or more) than the original order cost.

We are hard at work looking for a solution to better service our customers in the US.

Unfortunately, at this time, we have been forced into a position where – in the best interest of our customers – we must restrict shipments to the US until we have a deeper grasp of the tariffs the US Government is implementing on all goods imported from China.

For US customers: You're still welcome to place an order, but please note that only express shipping options will be available, which may help reduce brokerage fees. In the meantime, we recommend ordering from our trusted US partners as we evaluate how to best ship products to the US.

Note: If you do decide to order all customs fees will be your responsibility and in the event the package is refused there will be fees.
