International Credit Cards: If you are experiencing issues ordering with your Credit Card please contact your bank as they may be blocking your order as international purchases can be seen as fraudulent. If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please check the back of the card for details on how to register the card to make online purchases. Some pre-paid credit cards cannot be used on our online store.
Coupons, gifts and samples
We reserve the exclusive right, at our discretion to limit the use of coupons and free promotional gifts. Free samples are limited to one per customer based on available stock. These items are not guaranteed to ship, as they are while supplies last. Any abuse or improper applications of coupons will result in your order being cancelled in part or in full and your account being closed.
Product availability/promotions can change without notice. All special offers and promotions are limited to stock on hand. No rain checks. InControl Diapers is not responsible for typographical errors and works to ensure the most accurate information is provided on all marketing content along with our website. If a mistake is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, InControl Diapers shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed with the wrong pricing. All promotions offered are based on the Eastern Time Zone. Once a promotion has ended InControl Diapers will not retroactively adjust pricing for any reason, including technical difficulties.
Customers are limited to one free sample per order. Systematic or intentional abuse of the free sample provision will result in the forfeiture of the complimentary item from the respective order.
Any chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent closure of your account and an additional charge of $100 for every chargeback made.
Generally, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. All orders with clearance or custom-made/made-to-order are final sale and cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
The shipping address must bear the complete legal name of the individual shipped to, as it appears on a government-issued ID, along with a valid phone number.
If you are shipping outside of Canada, based on the country into which you are sending the products, you may incur customs charges levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine that duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed if you are shipping outside of Canada. Most civilized countries do not charge duty or tax on medical supplies. The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.
We will ship the products that you order to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will NOT issue you a credit unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges and taxes. Refused or undelivered international packages will be abandoned and no refund or credit provided.
Under no circumstances do we accept COD parcels.
ALL wholesale orders must pay for ACTUAL shipping costs. Due to the size of orders, online shipping rates do not always calculate accurately. Any overage or undercharge will be adjusted on the final invoice. If paid shipping is not selected at checkout, you will be billed the cost of freight direct to your payment method at the time of shipment.
What if I do not want to ship to my house?
If you require your package to be held at a depot please sign-up for UPS My Choice before placing your order. Once your order has been shipped you can redirect your package to the carrier. We do not ship to PO boxes.
What If My Package Was Late?
We do not file postal claims to recover postage for late packages. Please note we are not liable for customs delays and seasonal carrier blackouts.
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time. Priority is given to orders with paid shipping. During sales, peak season, carrier strikes, or other unusual circumstances, order processing or transit times may be longer than expected.
All orders of $800 or more must ship to a verified address, and require a signed copy of the invoice before shipment.
All orders with Free Shipping are shipped by our carrier of choice. Free shipping must be shipped to the billing address or verified address (PayPal), if the billing address does not match. Packages under 2kg with Free shipping may ship without tracking.
We offer FREE economy shipping to Canadian Provinces (excluding New Brunswick, PEI,Nova Scotia & Newfoundland and Labrador) and Contiguous United States, excluding PO Boxes, remote & difficult to serve locations. On orders $70USD ~ $95CAD or more(before taxes and shipping).
Promotions that offer Free Shipping exclude PO Boxes, military addresses, and remote & difficult to serve locations.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the Free Shipping guidelines; we will contact customers prior to cancellation to change the address or select a different shipping method(we will give a standard week for customers to respond before canceling). A cancellation fee of 5% applies. If your order is returned to us the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Mistakes with Address or Redirection
If you notice that you have made a mistake on your address, please contact us immediately so we can fix this before your order is shipped, additional shipping charges may apply. If you have made a mistake with the address on your order and the order ships we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Undeliverable packages are abandoned.
Order arrived with mistakes
Upon receipt of your order, please check your shipment carefully. All shortages and errors need to be reported within 2 days of receipt. We will not be held liable for missing items after this time. If InControl Diapers has made an error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. We will refund or ship the item at our discretion.
Please forward us your original order number along with a photo of the packaging and contents of your order to our customer service team.
The customer must retain the original packaging and product until the end of our investigation to receive proper compensation.
An item I received is defective
All InControl branded products are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase against defects in materials or workmanship (this excludes seconds and clearance items). For all other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
To receive compensation for defective products, you MUST send us proof of the defect and hold onto the contents and original packaging for examination. (We will notify you once the examination has been completed)
If we are unable to determine the defect through photo or video proof, you may be required to ship back the product and if confirmed defective we will compensate for both the product and return shipping fees.
All other brands are sold "as is" with no express warranty or guarantee.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of all the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the original manufacturer.
My item is being returned to sender
If a package is returned to us for any reason such as an incomplete address, undeliverable, uncollected, customs, refused, etc. we will contact you once it has arrived in our warehouse and will provide you with relevant options for resolution, reshipment or refund.
If the reason for return was due to a mistake made by us (this does not include carrier issues) we will provide you with a refund or reship your order at our discretion.
If you do want the items reshipped, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and the outbound shipping fees. (Orders returned with Free Shipping will have the original shipping charge added to the cost of reshipment)
If you do not want your items re-shipped, we will provide you with a refund for the undelivered items minus the return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. (Orders returned with Free Shipping will have the original shipping charge deducted from their refund). Items that are made to order are non-refundable.

Our goal at InControlDiapers.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. If you have any uncertainties regarding products on our website, please feel free to get in touch with us either through email or by phone before ordering.
It is important that you are confident in your purchase before placing your order, as our items cannot be returned. For items that are available in different sizes, we recommend measuring yourself before ordering to ensure you get the fit that’s best for you. Our customer service staff will also be happy to assist you with any sizing-related questions you may have.
If after thoroughly measuring and communicating with our staff, you happen to order an item that does not fit correctly, please send us an email and we can discuss what options are available to you. Any items that can be returned must be in like-new condition in their original packaging to qualify.
Please note that diapers cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if a bag or case has not been opened. We highly recommend ordering a trial pack if it is your first time trying out a new type of brief. This will allow you to ensure that the sizing and fit are correct before purchasing larger quantities. Made-to-order items are also, under no circumstances, eligible for returns.
InControl reusable products are guaranteed for fit and comfort for 2 days from delivery. To qualify for our Sizing and Comfort Guarantee, you must have spoken to our staff about your correct sizing and provided us with your measurements. You will then be compensated with a replacement or store credit for one of the items ordered. Multiple products of the same size will only have one product credited. Customers who have not provided correct measurements or who make purchases that differ from our recommendations will not qualify for the Sizing and Comfort Guarantee.

As a distributor, InControl Diapers accepts no liability for any other manufacturers products. If you have an issue with a particular manufacturer's product please contact them directly.
All wholesale orders must meet the minimum requirement of at least $150 and select a PAID shipping option or they will not be processed and will be canceled. Wholesale accounts CANNOT use Sezzle. If Sezzle is used your order will be cancelled and a 6% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Any order $1,000 or more must make payment by a direct payment method. All shipping costs at check-out are estimated and are subject to adjustment, cancellation requests due to shipping changes will result in our standard cancellation process. Any overages on shipping charges are refunded after the order has been shipped. We no longer offer the service of arranging freight shipments, in the event we are required to do so there will be an additional $40 fee.
