When it comes to fastening cloth diapers, there are several options available. One of the most traditional methods is using diaper pins, which have been used for decades to secure cloth diapers. However, there are also more modern options like the Snappi and our all new ABZ fasteners that offer additional benefits and convenience. We will break down the options available and the benefits or downsides of each.

Diaper Pins:

Diaper pins have been used for a long time to fasten cloth diapers on babies. They are simple to use and can be adjusted to fit a wide range of waist and leg sizes. However, they can be difficult to use and can be time-consuming to fasten. Additionally, there is a risk of injury by being poked with the pins, so it is important to use them with caution.

Snappi:

The Snappi is a T-shaped fastener that is used to secure cloth diapers in place without the need for diaper pins. Due to their unique design only one snappi should be required to fasten but additional can be used if required. The Snappi is made of a stretchable, non-toxic material and has little hooks on each end that grip onto the cloth diaper, holding it securely in place. The Snappi is easy to use, and it can be adjusted to fit a variety of sizes. Additionally, it is safer to use than diaper pins, as there is no risk of injury from poked fingers.

ABZ Diaper Fastener:

The ABZ Diaper Fastener is a new type of cloth diaper fastener that is similar to the Snappi. It is made of a stretchable, non-toxic material and has little hooks on each end that grip onto the cloth diaper, holding it securely in place. The ABZ Diaper Fastener is easy to use, and it can be used to fit all sizes. It also has a unique design that helps keep the fastener in place, ensuring a secure fit. Unlike the Snappi ABZ fasteners are designed to fasten one side of the diaper so two or more are required.
