Our classic Silence Pant has a whole new fit. The refined fit features more practical sizing and leg openings.

Silence pants are the most durable and easy to care for pant in our catalog. This is our most comfortable pant, making it the optimal choice for daily active wear.

The Silence Pant is cooler than other waterproof pants thanks to it's breathability. With a bit of stretch this pant provides a lightweight, comfortable, reliable fit.

For light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend using this brief as part of a hybrid system. Our booster pads feature an adhesive strip to hold them in place. This will reduce waste, while providing the benefits of a disposable product. If you prefer a washable pad, these contour pads feature a dry to the touch topper for maximum comfort.

A wide crotch can accommodate pads, washable and disposable diapers.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

Having had several other brands I can say these are far and above all the others. My one wish might be that the large size have a larger waist.

I have tried several covers to help contain leaks over a disposable diaper from popular brands. These are by far the most comfortable and work great. Highly recommend.

These are my second time ordering these. The 1st ones almost a year ago i purchased. One pair the water proof layer started to separate. I got some more to have on hand. These are the longest lasting diaper cover i have ever used. Excellent product.
