I bought s/m thinking they would be ok, but they are a little tight when sitting. They have stitching in the middle, which I do not normally like because it causes chaffing and I suspect the extra bundling may stop moisture going beyond it and cause a leak. But, they are so soft that I do not get chaffing and the moisture so far has not leaked out (after 5+ hours). The padding does not come up very high in front, so men may have problems with that. It is kind of wide between the legs, but I make a V shape before putting on and that helps. The back is wide, thin and loose, so maybe noticeable under tight pants. Maybe I just am odd shaped. I hope they will be available on major US retailer to assist with exports imports to USA with regards to reducing delivery time (it took 4 days).

Absorbency
These are advertised for 12 hour protection, but unfortunately they leak after one incontinence episode. I love how comfortable these are and that they have a wetness indicator, it would just be nice if they lived up to what they advertise to be.

love love love theses after being in normal diapers for 8 years because that's the only thing that wouldn't leak all over due to me having MS and larger accidents the fact that you got the absorbency of your diapers in a pull up feel like im wearing normal underwear again :) 10 stars

Amazing product tried the sample pack and was sold instantly nothing on the market can handle a full void of the bladder but these can! Must are made for a leak here or there not these cant recommend them enough
