I believe I have reviewed these diapers in the past, but if not I find the Elite diapers to be the best I have tried. I have tried many. These are my day diapers. I have also tried the Mega plus, and like the Elite's they perform well. The Mega plus are more of a night time diaper.

This has become my go to day diaper. They are comfortable, and very absorbent. When traveling I use a booster with them for night time use. When at home, however, I prefer pin on cloth diapers to save a little money.

All-around excellent diaper for heavy urinary incontinence, everything about it is wonderful there is not one thing that I can say that is negative. The fit is absolutely 100% perfect. The tabs never come loose. You can readjust them as many times as needed without Sag, the diapers do not sad, plastic outer shell is excellent thank you guys for such a great diaper. I will never choose another one.

Best quality and comfort for the price
The InControl Elite was one of the first diapers I tried after deciding the time had come for overnight use every night. I’ve sampled at least 10 other brands and even more product versions, and I keep coming back to these for their comfort, performance, and price point. They’re very absorbent on their own, and they’re still comfortable with a booster pad if I think I need one. I’ve had very few leaks compared to other brands. The tabs are solid with both hook & loop and adhesive so you can roll them up and discard them like diapers with adhesive tapes. The plastic backing is soft and strong. Even though I need to move down a size once I use up my case, I can still get a good leak-free fit. Great diaper.
